Instead of taking the elevator to the 5th floor, why not take the stairs? It could be an additional 5 minutes of exercise per day! Climbing stairs is associated with increasing your strength in many muscles such as your glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, abs and calves. So next time you're about to press that elevator button turn around and take the stairs.
